Training and Research Foundation (TRF) embraces a pedagogy focused on the delivery of quality services that support school readiness and develops strong partnerships with families that facilitate positive and long lasting.  Services for children focus on working with the whole child and include:

Mental Health:

  • Screening of children’s social emotional development
  • Track and monitoring of all mental health services
  • Train staff and parents


  • Daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided
  • Screening and assessment of child’s nutritional needs
  • Food allergies accommodated
  • Parent education

Health and Safety:

  • Delivering, tracking, and monitoring of health services
  • Vision and hearing screenings
  • Clean, safe and welcoming environments

Family Engagement/Parent Involvement:

  • Various opportunities for parent involvement in the program
  • Ongoing workshops and training to parents
  • Assistance with accessing community resources
  • Partner with families to establish goals

Male Engagement:

  • Various male involvement activities
  • “Daddy and Me” activities every month
  • Promoting Father involvement
